THE SEASON SO FAR
Cam Christie’s first twenty games were defined by brutal offensive futility interrupted by a single, inexplicable scoring explosion. He briefly looked like a legitimate rotation piece during an 11/06 vs PHX matchup, pouring in 17 points on 5-of-7 shooting to generate a massive +7.2 impact score. That out-of-nowhere surge quickly faded into a barrage of empty possessions and forced looks. Even when he managed to grab 9 rebounds on 11/22 vs CHA, his value cratered to a -6.9 impact because his abysmal shot selection and total lack of playmaking actively derailed the offense. Cam Christie spent this twenty-game stretch drowning in offensive hesitancy, looking thoroughly overwhelmed by the speed of the professional game.
